我需要一些帮助才能将薪水用作小数点后两位数字

1. 如果00到12，那么00
2. 如果是13比37，那么可以凑到25
3. 如果38到62，那么凑到50
4. 如果63到87，那么就凑到75
5. 如果88以上，则轮到100

例子：

By Apllying the above principles if the amount is 79.109 have to change it to 79.100 if the amount is 132.528 have to change it to 132.525 if the amount is 258.739 have to change it to 258.750 if the amount is 452.264 have to change it to 452.275 

而且，如果金额是124.998，则必须将其更改为125.000
