从左边的excel中添加cifres

我有一个D列的一些数据表。 我需要提取less于11个字符的值，并从左边加上多个0直到11个字符。我用一个例子来解释：

 12345678912 --> this is correct 123456789 --> this is incorrect and has 9 characters so i need adding from left 2 zeros result: 00123456789 --> now is correct
