加载项警告：许可证信息缺失或过期

我在使用office.js开发的Office Excel加载项中出现以下错误，仅在某些计算机上。

我们的加载项是免费的。 我也发现一些人抱怨这种行为的免费插件 。 看起来这种行为在less数客户机器上是显而易见的。
