您应该为“PowerPivot服务”类别启用VERBOSE日志。

我在日志中发现这个错误：
提供程序“Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0”未注册。
这与缺lessx64 OLEDB驱动程序有关。

在我的情况下，我已经在SharePoint服务器上安装了Office 2013 x32，这就是要点。
SharePoint是x64，所以它无法加载我下载和安装的正确的OleDB驱动程序（x64）：
